When cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, a 48 hour notice is required, otherwise resulting in a 75%charge. Deposits are non-refundable and can be transferred only once ( that is if you reschedule more than once, another deposit will need to be paid) Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 90% of the service booked. There’s a 15 mins grace period. After 20mins without any communication, the appointment will be cancelled and charged 90%
